Here’s the Trick Brushing Teeth without Toothpaste

If you do not want to buy toothpaste, or if you no longer want to use commercial toothpaste, there are many home-based alternatives that are safe and easy to make from the ingredients at home, and you can still brush your teeth without toothpaste. How to brush your teeth without toothpaste? The answer is by making your toothpaste.

  1. Make a basic mixture

Most homemade toothpastes contains a basic mixture of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, sea salt, and a few drops of essential oil. To make basic toothpaste mix:

  • Half cup baking soda
  • One tsp sea salt
  • A peroxide mixture commonly used for household and water purposes of a ratio of 50/50, in sufficient quantities to moisten the mixture of the ingredients and create a paste texture
  1. Add a few drops of essential oil

Try the flavors of peppermint, orange, or other flavors you want to use to give a good taste for brush your teeth without toothpaste. Essential oils are not cheap, but a few essential oils will make your toothpaste much better. This oil can be used for a variety of homemade products and a bottle of essential oils you will use for a long time. If you are interested in using alternative products, consider buying some essential oils for use.

  1. Stir in a toothpaste mixture in a bottle or other container that has a lid

Beat the mixture to mix well and close the container. Keep containers on the table for easy discovery when you need them.

  1. Consider creating a mixed alternative with a demineralization effect

Especially if you do not like using hydrogen peroxide, mix toothpaste that does not include peroxide and replace it with mineralized elements that will strengthen the tooth and make it healthy and clean. Brushing your teeth regularly using a demineralized mixture will have the same healthy effect as toothpaste without the use of alarming ingredients. Consider making a mix of the following ingredients, and you can brush your teeth without toothpaste:

  • Two parts of calcium or calcium magnesium powder
  • Two parts coconut oil
  • One piece baking soda
  • One part xylitol powder
  1. Try oil-pulling therapy.

Oil pulling therapy is an ancient health technique to provide detoxifying effects and clean teeth and gums. Just like applying oil to the skin, rubbing a little oil in a circular motion inside the mouth can rejuvenate the cells and remove toxins. Try using coconut oil or other natural oils such as grape seed oil, olive oil, or almond oil, rubbing in your mouth for 15-20 minutes each morning before breakfast for brush your teeth without toothpaste. Spit the oil instead of swallowing it.
