How to Eliminate Bacterial Dental Plaque

1. Brush your teeth twice a day (morning and evening).

This will eliminate most, but not all dental plaque. Use small circular motions and make sure to brush each tooth. Avoid simply brush back and forth. Use toothpaste containing “fluoride” for best results.

2. Floss once a day.

Attach gently the wire between the teeth – forcing the wire can hurt the gums. Floss at night to remove accumulated dirt throughout the day.

3. Use mouth rinse.

There are several types of mouthwash for different types of teeth, including many for sensitive teeth. If you think you have sensitive teeth, consult a dentist before spending money.

4. If your teeth are still yellow, use a toothpaste for smokers.

It is effective even if you do not smoke, since it is formulated to remove yellow stains.

5. Show your white teeth!
