How to Get Rid of a Cold in just 2 Days!


Method 1: Rest

1.Rest as much as you can.

You will not want to miss work or school unless you really need, but that does not mean that you can not rest. Relax and do not stress, take breaks during the day so as not to overburden your body. When you get home, lie down and relax, read a book or magazine. This way, you can rest. Working as a patient is very bad, but sometimes you have to make do with what you can.

 2.Get lots of sleep.

When we are sick, it is best to sleep two hours longer than normal. This helps the body to heal faster. Remember, your body is restored at night while you sleep. Do not listen to loud music; as you may feel anxious and end up getting a headache.

Method 2 : Consume edibles.

1.Drink plenty of fluids.

To increase your fluid intake, eat fruit, take juices, take a popsicle, etc. Drink water if you can; to restore the body’s fluid level without the intake of sugar.

2.Consume plenty of vitamin C.

Drink orange juice, eat oranges, etc. Vitamin C is great in combating cold and citrus fruits are a great source of vitamin!

3.Consume hot drinks.

Take hot tea. You can add milk or sweetener if you like. Take a hot soup. Chicken soup is favoured for colds, but there are many other great soups that can keep you warm without weighing in the stomach, ending this illness.

4.Eat fresh fruit.

Fresh fruits contain high quantities of vitamins and minerals. Eat orange slices, pieces of apple, tangerine, etc.

Method 3 : Medical Solution

1.Take lozenges to relieve cough and sore throat.

They are quick effect and you can take them every hour. However, be careful because you can get tired of the taste of them (because of the sick stomach). So it’s good to have several flavors.

2.Take cold medicine at night.

Sometimes it’s hard to sleep with a cold. Take the medicine and lie comfortably on one or two pillows to sleep better.

3.Take a painkiller or a remedy for headache.

Follow the label instructions and talk to your doctor if the pain does not pass.

Method  4: Apply Heat

1.Soak your feet in hot water.

Also, take also a warm bath. Soak in a tub for some time if need be. It is know to help combat cold.

2.Sue to eliminate the cold.

Cover your bed with several blankets, use enough clothes and exercise, if you have energy; sweating vigorously while exercising is know to help with cold. This is because the body heats up from inside and it helps restart many normal body functions thus helping heal the body faster.
