How to Cleanse Your Colon?

Method 1: No Medical

1. Ask an enema.

  • If your gut is feeling the effects of constipation, the enema can be the solution to your problem (although not the most fun). A doctor inserts two fingers into your rectum and break the stool – you receive a dose of mineral oil to soften them and you find your routine tests were annoying enough.
  • There are cleaners therapists for colon. Hire a notice only when no other method works. If you are looking for something that can occasionally wash your system, this is not the logical answer.

2. Think of colon irrigation.

  • This is like an enema, only much more expensive. Some doctors do not like this procedure because it is completely unnecessary, and done perfectly well by enemas.
  • If you are looking for a unique experience, go ahead.
  • A pump is inserted into your rectum and several liters of water come into your system, expelling all that is within it. Once the water reaches the colon, the therapist massages the abdomen to move everything. The whole process can take an hour.

3. Ask questions.

Colon cleanings are not always the safest procedures are done at home or in the care of a professional. It is best to talk to your doctor before trying any method. Although the colon irrigation has not shown serious side effects, you run the risk of experiencing one of these symptoms:

Method 2: Through Diet

1. Eat more fiber.

  • Think of it as a broom to clean all that is in your digestive system. Fiber is the only nutrient that is not digested and helps the intestinal contraction. Briefly more fiber, an empty gut.
  • Flax seeds and oats are huge sources of fiber – both soluble source as insoluble. Fruit (mainly strawberries and apples), vegetables, whole grains and beans are also good sources.

4. Prefer green.

  • Include chlorophyll in your diet. Chlorophyll not only gives the green color to plants, as well as clean and relieves the tissue in the digestive tract. In addition to providing fiber, vegetables can fix the intestines too!
  • Alfalfa, wheat grass, Brussels sprouts, spinach, peas, barley grass and are good sources of chlorophyll. Liquid Chlorophyll is an option, but consume vegetables is something more natural.

Method 3: Through Changes in Lifestyle

1. Do more physical activity.

  • The Milk of Magnesia is a saline laxative used to treat acute colds. It draws water into the colon and facilitates the digestive process.

3. Buy supplements in liquid or powder form.

  • There are many options and they can be swallowed or inserted into the rectum. Whatever the form, the colon will eventually expelling all.
  • Check supermarkets, pharmacies or even online stores to find these supplements.
  • Before buying anything, do a search. Not everything is safe or effective. If you have any health problems consult your doctor before trying any new product.
