Parivrtta Trikonasana- Rotated triangle pose

In order to perform the Rotated triangle Pose or Parivrtta Trikonasana you must :

Parivrtta Trikonasana

  • Stand up, spread your legs and turn your right foot by 90° and left at 45° or 60 °.
  • Stretch your arms parallel to the floor with your palms on the floor.Turn your trunk from the hips to the right. Keep your feet in contact with the mat.
  • Bend the trunk forward
  • Collapse the abdomen and shoulder blades together.
  • Raise the right arm to the ceiling.
  • Direct the gaze to the front or up to the toes.
  • Switch legs and repeat the pose.
